Objectives of the club

To develop sustainable community based offer of sports activities including as many children as possible
To integrate margnialized physically challenged groups into the society through the activities (diabled from the war, deaf and blind)
To eliminate gender differences though including boys and girls at equal terms
To develop professional footballplayers
To use sport activities as a symbol of friendship across different nationalities and backgrounds

The Tesfa board

board The founder of Tesfa, Terje, left Asmara in 2006 to work with UNICEF in Pakistan. After his departure, a bord was established to ensure continuity of the activities within the football club according the its objectives. Italo, a great football legend in Eritrea was appointed President of the club. In relation to the 50 years anniversary of Caf in 2007, Italo recieved a prize for being on the top 50 list of football players in African history. The board meets regularily to discuss the activities and accomplishments and agrees on the direction of the club going forward.

The structure and Constitution of Tesfa

The board is currently working on a new constitution for the club, and new roles and responsibilities will be assigned to all the board members accordingly.
